Priprema

1. Pileće filete narežite na manje komade.

2. U posudi pomiješajte sve sastojke (osim soli) za marinadu i dodajte piletinu. Ostavite u frižideru minimalno 30 minuta.

3. Piletinu posolite i nabodite (ako koristite drvene ražnjiće, prije upotrebe ih držite u vodi 30 minuta). Zagrijte roštilj na srednju temperaturu, premažite uljem, stavite ražnjiće i pecite oko 12 minuta povremeno ih okrećući. Tačno vrijeme će varirati ovisno o temperaturi roštilja, važno je davatra nije jaka.

4.  Za pripremu sosa, pomiješajte sve sastojke u blenderu. Miješajte velikom brzinom dok ne nastane glatka i homogena masa koju po želji začinite. Još malo miksati i ostaviti u frižideru do upotrebe.

5. Pileće ražnjiće skinite sa roštilja i poslužite uz sos od svježih začina i prilog po želji kao što su pečeni krompir, povrće, razne salate
