Preparation process

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry them in an oiled pan. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and chili.
  2. Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chicken well, chop red cabbage, rice noodles, and peanut sauce. Divide the noodles with chicken into two bowls and garnish with sliced ​​spring onions.

Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing chopped garlic clove, 70g peanut butter, 30ml rice vinegar, 30ml water, and 2 tablespoons of honey.
