Healthy Chicken Nuggets

Preparation process

  1. Place the chopped meat in a food processor. Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, sweet paprika, and cornstarch. Blend into a uniform mixture.

  2. Shape into small oval medallions. To keep your hands less messy, dip your fingers in cold water while shaping. Dip the formed medallions into beaten eggs and then into breadcrumbs. Repeat the process once more for a thicker crust.

  3. Place the medallions on a baking paper, spray with butter/oil spray (or place a thin slice of butter on each) and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 15-18 minutes until nicely golden brown.

  4. Serve with your favorite sauce or side dish.
