Stuffed chicken breast

Let each new day remind us to take time for ourselves and recognize what makes us healthy and which food suits our body. In addition to food, our health is also affected by food preparation and the way we consume it. So let's enjoy preparing delicious dishes for ourselves and our loved ones.

Preparation process

1. Heat the oven to 190°C. Wash the zucchini and cut it into rings a few millimeters thick, cut the onion into rings, and the pepper into strips.

2. Wash the chicken, pat dry with a paper towel and cut from the top to make small vertical slits on each piece of chicken. Be careful not to cut the meat all the way through, and leave about 1 cm of space between the cuts.

3. Then put the chicken in a baking dish and put a ring of zucchini, a ring of onion and a few strips of pepper in the slits.

4. When you have filled all the slits, drizzle the chicken with olive oil, add salt and dill.

5. Then sprinkle everything with grated cheese and bake in a heated oven for 30 minutes. While the chicken is baking, make the salad. Wash and cut the lettuce into strips, cut the pepper into small pieces, and the onion and radishes into rings. Add everything in large quantities, mix, then add a pinch of salt and, if desired, olive oil. Mix everything again. Serve the chicken while still warm with the salad.

Enjoy the flavors!
