Postupak pripreme

Najpre pripremite preliv. U manju teglu sa poklopcem dodajte maslinovo ulje, jabukovo sirće, sitno seckan beli luk, origano, šećer, so i biber. Zatvorite teglu i dobro promućkajte da se sastojci povežu. Ostavite sa strane dok pripremate sastojke salate.

U veću posudu dodajte zelenu salatu isečenu na veće komade. Preko salate dodajte ohlađenu, grilovanu piletinu isečenu na kockice. Zatim dodajte paradajz i krastavac isečen na kriške i na kraju masline. Ove sastojke lagano, ali temeljno izmešajte pomoću dve viljuške, da se lepo rasporede. Prelijte pripremljenim prelivom i opet nežno izmešajte.
