Postupak pripreme

Najpre pripremite preliv. Sve sastojke odmerite u manju teglu sa poklopcem i dobro izmešajte. Ostavite sa strane dok pripremate sastojke za salatu.

U posudu sipajte dobro isprane i oceđene leblebije. Dodajte im krastavac seckan na kockice, sitno seckan ljubičasti luk, čeri paradajz isečen na polovine, masline (možete koristiti one koje najviše volite), sitno seckan peršun i beli luk. Ove sastojke nežno, ali temeljno promešajte, pa prelijte pripremljenim prelivom. Salatu pospite mrvljenom fetom, pa opet lagano izmešajte.
