Postupak pripreme

Krompir nekoliko puta promešajte viljuškom. Zatim ga zagrejte u mikrotalasnoj pećnici 15-20 minuta na najvišoj temperaturi, okrećući ga barem jednom između. Zagrevajte je dok ne postane toliko mekana da viljuška lako prolazi.

U većem tiganju propržiti meso na ulju da porumeni. Umešajte beli luk, čili, pola kašike kima, origano, papriku, so i biber. Nakon nekoliko minuta, kada meso malo porumeni, dodajte komadiće paradajza. Kuvajte masu još 10 minuta.

Krompir prepolovite i izdubite, a izdubljenu masu izgnječite viljuškom u većoj činiji. Dodajte preostali kim, maslinovo ulje, so i biber. Masu kašikom sipajte u polovine krompira i stavite na pleh sa papirom za pečenje.

Meso rasporedite na polovinu krompira i pospite rendanim sirom. Pecite u rerni sa uključenom funkcijom roštilja na 220°C nekoliko minuta da se sir istopi. Pre serviranja pospite svežim peršunom.
