Postupak pripreme

Korpice od tortilje:⁣

  1. Tortilju premazati uljem sa obe strane. Staviti u šerpicu ili vatrostalnu posudu i peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 180°C dok ne porumeni (5-10 minuta). Držite ij na oku da ne zagore. Ukoliko koristite #airfryer pazite da topao vazduh ne podigne tortilju i da ne zagori (ne pitajte kako znam). ⁣

  2. Zelena vitaminska bomba⁣ - U multipraktiku povezati 2 šake spanaća, 1 šaku svežeg bosiljka, žumance, 100 ml jogurta, 4 kašike maslinovog ulja, malo limunovog soka, 1/2 kašičice meda, so i beli luk u prahu. Ovo je preliv za našu salatu.⁣ Preliv sipati na salatu pred serviranje. Salatu naseckati na kockice i sjediniti sa prelivom. Umešati pečeni susam. ⁣

  3. Šarena salata⁣ - Stopice šampinjona iseckati na sitne kockice. Indijski orah takođe usitniti. Pržiti na maslinovom ulju stopice pa dodati indijski orah. Sipati malo belog luka u prahu i soli. Skloniti sa vatre i dodati seckanu šunku (jedno pakovanje pilećih prsa @perutninaptuj_srbija - pileća prsa su blago dimljena, imaju odličan ukus i obavezno ih čekirajte u marketu. Super su!) Umešati 100 g kačkavalja i dobro promešati. Deo smese odvojiti za salatu u koju dodajem rendanu cveklu i šargarepu, a drugom polovinom puniti pečurke. ⁣U svaku pečurku staviti malo smese, posuti maslinovim uljem i zapeći 20 minuta na 180 °C u rerni ili (10 minuta na 180°C u airfryeru). Salatu promešati i začiniti maslinovim uljem i limunovim sokom.

Ovakva hrana je idealna za tople dane. Salata je lagana i osvežava, a nutritivno ste zadovoljili sve potrebe.
