Zapečene njoke sa piletinom

Postupak pripreme


FIL:
Luk i papriku iseći na tanke trake. Piletinu iseckati na kockice.
U zagrejan tiganj izručiti luk i papriku. Doliti 100ml vode, so i dinstati na smanjenoj temperaturi uz povremeno mešanje oko 15 min.
Preliti povrće sa uljem, izmešati i nastaviti dinstati par minuta.
Nakon toga dodati piletinu, začine po želji i još 100ml vode. Krčkati na laganoj temperaturi ringle uz mešanje dok piletina ne bude gotova.
Na samom kraju umešati iseckan spanać, promešati i skloniti sa ringle.

SOS:
Šargarepu iseckati, skuvati u slanoj vodi, procediti i staviti u blender. Dodati bademovo mleko i kikiriki puter, pa sve izblendirati da se dobije kremasti sos.

PODLOGA:
Šerpicu sa vodom staviti na ringlu. Kada prokuva dodati njoke. Čim isplivaju na površinu gotove su, pa ih izvaditi iz vode.

REĐATI:
Na dno vatrostalne činije dimenzije 15cm x 25cm poslagati njoke. Preko njih ravnomerno rasporediti piletinu sa povrćem i sve preliti orašastim sosom. Posuti izrendanim kačkavaljem i peći 15 min. u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni.
Od ukupne količine dobiju se 3 porcije po 480kcal.
